Counselling is a positive way of addressing any unresolved issues you have without judgement or criticism. It can help you understand your problems, give you a better understanding of other people’s points of view and help you move forward in life. It is often the treatment of choice and has proved effective over many years.
Our highly qualified and experienced therapists offer flexible opening times to fit around your lifestyle. If you access our services through Let’s Talk they will give you an assessment to help answer this question. If you wish to book privately please contact us directly.
