Is effective for all levels of trauma. It allows a natural healing of unprocessed memories and emotions that otherwise continually repeat when triggered. It is approved by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE).

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a structured form of talking therapy. It has shown to be effective for a wide range of problems, particularly helping people who suffer from mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders and is recommended by the (NHS) Department of Health and the National Institute of Clinical Excellence.

This is a structured therapy that is effective when one  or both partners in a long term relationship suffer from Depression. Depression can give rise to problems that affect both the relationship and also any children the couple might have.

Is a therapy that helps you keep your focus in the present moment becoming more calm, less anxious and not so dis-tracted by regrets about the past or fears for the future. It is recommended by NICE and delivered within Counselling, CBT and other therapies as appropriate.
