This is a structured therapy that is effective when one or both partners in a long term relationship suffer from Depression. Depression can give rise to problems that affect both the relationship and also any children the couple might have.
Is a therapy that helps you keep your focus in the present moment becoming more calm, less anxious and not so dis-tracted by regrets about the past or fears for the future. It is recommended by NICE and delivered within Counselling, CBT and other therapies as appropriate.
